Answer: There have been so many different Flashes; Jay Garret, Barry Allen and Wally West being the most prominent. With access to the speed force, these three and several others can go beyond the speed of light. Quicksilver, doesn't go past the speed of sound. In the story lines Marvel v/s DC and The Avengers v/s The Justice League, Flash runs all over Quicksilver, until their final fight on Marvel's Earth, without the speedforce. Even characterwise, the Flash is a hero, while Quicksilver can be described as unstable at best. In fact, Quicksilver has caused at least as much trouble as anything he ever fought. Though I am a Marvel fan, the Flash wins over Quicksilver.
